Responsibilities
- cooking according to the developed menu in compliance with all sanitary standards
- quality control of products, their storage and accounting
- control of cleanliness in the kitchen and equipment
- compliance with hygiene standards and safety rules during the processing of products
- compliance with the principles of working with technological equipment
- checking the quality of incoming raw materials and ready meals, compliance with food storage standards
Requirements
- education in the specialty "Cook" or related specialties
- availability of a sanitary book, absence of critical diseases
- ability to cook delicious food and relevant experience in civilian life
- ability to cook food in large volumes
- physical endurance and moral stability
- desire to develop professionally
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- organization, responsibility, stress resistance
- discipline, absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)
