Responsibilities
- preparation of delicious and complete food
- knowledge of food norms, according to which food is prepared, waste norms in the processing of products and norms for the release of ready meals, meat and fish portions
- knowledge of the principles of operation of technological and refrigeration equipment, its proper operation, storage clean and in good condition
- knowledge of product layout
- obtaining products according to their mass for cooking
- knowledge of the features of serving, design and organization of places of distribution and reception of food
- carrying out the delivery of ready-made food
- compliance with the shelf life of prepared food
- timely preparation of the workplace, equipment, kitchen utensils and utensils for work
- knowledge and compliance with the rules of primary and heat treatment of products, as well as compliance with cooking technologies
- keeping overalls clean, knowledge and strict compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements
- continuous improvement of culinary knowledge, improvement of their skills
Requirements
- work experience from 1 year
- availability of relevant specialized education
- communication skills, interaction with the team
