Drones18–24 Contract · 2 years

18–24 Contract: drones

2 years · at least 12 months of participation in hostilities

Voluntary service under contract for citizens aged 18-24 in positions of unmanned systems: for 2 years - competitive payments, professional experience and guarantees that are not available in civilian life.

Training: Enhanced training up to 4 months: basic training up to 45 days, professional training up to 60 days, adaptation in part 14 days. Professional training can be reduced by certificates of UAV schools.
Positions: Master, operator, operator-master, operator of ground robotic systems, scout-operator, UAV operator (small, micro and mini), senior operators.

18–24 Contract: infantry

1 year · at least 6 months of participation in hostilities

Annual contract for citizens aged 18-24 in infantry positions: shorter term, the same one-time payments and guarantees, faster way to exemption from conscription for a year.

Training: Enhanced training: basic up to 45 days, professional and adaptation in the unit - according to the program of the brigade.
Positions: Rifleman, grenade launcher, machine gunner, service number, driver, medical instructor and other infantry positions of private and non-commissioned personnel.

About the 18–24 Contract

Who can sign a contract 18-24?

Adult citizens of Ukraine who have not reached the age of 25 at the time of signing.

Where to go?

To the recruiting center or recruiting unit of a certain military unit – in paper or electronic form (in particular through the Reserve+). The application shall indicate personal data, the selected position and the desired place of the VLC.

Are there any features of the passage of the VLK?

Candidates have an extraordinary right to a medical examination, they can independently choose the place and date. Certificates in municipal and state medical institutions are issued free of charge.

What are the payments?

One-time assistance of UAH 1 million in three installments (200 thousand at once, 800 thousand in two installments) plus monthly cash allowance and surcharges - up to UAH 120 thousand / month. In case of systematic non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract, one-time remuneration may be required to return.

Will I be able to travel abroad?

After fulfilling the obligations under the contract - yes, for rest, study or work.

What after the end of the contract?

You can resign or sign a new contract. After a two-year "drones" contract, you are exempt from mobilization for 12 months.

How are "drones" different from "infantry"?

Drones – 2 years in positions of unmanned systems with at least 12 months of participation in hostilities and longer professional training. Infantry – 1 year in infantry positions with at least 6 months of participation in hostilities.
