performing surgical interventions within the framework of damage control surgery
emergency care for fractures, dislocations, bruises, sprains and other injuries
control over the course of treatment, correction of therapy if necessary
maintaining medical records in accordance with the requirements
compliance with infection safety standards

higher medical education
experience in medical institutions in the specialty
ability to work with external fixation devices of various types
ability to perform operations on soft tissues
readiness to work according to international standards of care and understanding of the principles of evidence-based medicine
willingness to regularly undergo training and improve skills
officer rank will be an advantage
desire to develop professionally
readiness to work in the combat zone
discipline, absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)
