Responsibilities

organization and conduct of events for physical culture and sports rehabilitation of military personnel
conducting individual and group physical culture and health classes
selection of physical exercises and the level of load in accordance with the functional state of servicemen
participation in the development and implementation of physical recovery programs
control of the correctness and safety of exercise
assessment of physical capabilities and dynamics of recovery of military personnel
use of sports equipment and rehabilitation equipment during classes
interaction with medical professionals, rehabilitation specialists and other specialists
maintaining the necessary documentation and accounting of the activities carried out
facilitating the return of military personnel to the highest possible level of physical activity

specialized education in the field of physical culture and sports, physical therapy, rehabilitation or related field
knowledge of the basics of physical culture and sports rehabilitation and recovery after injuries
understanding of anatomy, physiology and principles of the musculoskeletal system
knowledge of the principles of dosage and gradual increase in physical activity
ability to conduct individual and group classes
skills in working with sports and rehabilitation equipment
the ability to assess the physical condition and adapt the program of classes in accordance with the capabilities of the person
responsibility, attentiveness and compliance with safety rules
communication skills and ability to work with servicemen during recovery
ability to work in a team and interact with medical and rehabilitation specialists
readiness to perform military service and perform tasks in accordance with the needs of the unit

the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
