Responsibilities

carrying out hemotransfusion therapy, in particular, emergency transfusions at the stabilization point
organization of storage, transportation, accounting of blood components
compatibility control, cross-tests, patient monitoring before/after transfusion
conducting briefings for junior medical personnel on working with blood
cooperation with mobile procurement groups and/or regional blood service centers
participation in the maintenance of medical records, transfusion journals and reporting
ensuring epidemiological safety when working with biological materials

complete higher medical education
a certificate of a specialist in the field of "Transfusiology" or "Clinical Immunology / Hematology"
experience with blood components
possession of protocols of transfusion, identification, cross-mach, testing
knowledge of safety control systems (infections, blood transfusion complications, immunological reactions)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the command
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation, depending on the tasks set and the region of work
