compliance with safety rules when working with heavy objects
compliance with labor safety requirements and internal regulations
preparation for the movement of goods and performance of relevant works
guarantee of safe laying and fastening of goods
maintenance and repair of rigging equipment

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
physical endurance and ability to perform heavy physical work
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
readiness to learn and improve military skills
responsibility and attention to detail during work
desire to work for the good of Ukraine and defend their country
experience in military service will be an advantage
Desire to work in the military sphere

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
annual financial assistance for recovery
