Responsibilities
- organization of the department's kitchen work and control over compliance with sanitary standards
- menu planning, calculation of necessary products and control of their quality and storage
- managing the work of cooks, distributing tasks and controlling food preparation
- keeping records of products, inventory and reporting documentation
- ensuring the economical use of products and resources
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- experience as a cook or in the catering industry (working as a senior cook, chef will be an advantage)
- knowledge of cooking technology, rules of storage and processing of products
- ability to organize the work of the team, responsibility and cleanliness
- desirable specialized education or certificates in culinary training
