prescribing, monitoring the effectiveness and correction of the treatment of mental disorders in accordance with clinical protocols
conducting psychiatric consultations and dynamic monitoring of patients
participation in determining the tactics of treatment and medical support of patients
interaction with medical personnel in the management of patients and the organization of the treatment process
participation in medical examinations and assessment of the mental state of military personnel
maintaining medical records and statistical processing of medical data
compliance with the principles of medical ethics and confidentiality of patient information

complete higher medical education
availability of specialization in the specialty "Psychiatry"
availability of a valid medical specialist certificate
practical experience in the specialty
knowledge of modern clinical protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders
skills in conducting psychiatric diagnosis and assessing the mental state of patients
ability to work with medical documentation and statistical reporting
readiness to work in a military team and comply with the requirements of military service
responsibility, ethics, stress tolerance and ability to work in a team
readiness to work in conditions of increased load
