providing qualified diagnostic and therapeutic neurosurgical care to patients
clinical examination of patients, evaluation of the results of instrumental and laboratory tests
participation in the treatment of patients in a multidisciplinary team
providing advisory assistance to doctors of related specialties
maintaining medical records in accordance with established standards
compliance with the principles of evidence-based medicine and modern clinical protocols

complete higher medical education
Specialization in the specialty "Neurosurgery"
practical experience in the specialty
knowledge of modern protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgical pathology
management skills of patients with neurotrauma and other emergency neurosurgical conditions
ability to analyze the results of instrumental diagnostic methods
ability to work in a team and interact with doctors of related specialties
responsibility, attention to detail, stress resistance
readiness to work in conditions of increased load

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
