Responsibilities
- keeping records of goods in the warehouse and warehouse equipment
- ensuring labor safety in the warehouse and compliance with fire safety requirements
- organization of warehouse work
- keeping warehouse documentation and reporting in the prescribed manner
- ensuring quality storage, acceptance and issuance of property
- control of balances, planning of needs and timely replenishment
- monitoring compliance with sanitary, fire and other safety standards
- inventory of fixed assets and materials, acceptance, transfer, write-off of material values
Requirements
- experience as a warehouse manager will be an advantage
- computer skills, MS Office software at a high level
- experience in supply/logistics enterprises will be an advantage
- experience in the field of accounting of material resources
- ability to maintain documentation, accounting and reporting
- readiness to serve in the combat zone
- knowledge of warehouse accounting and storage procedures
- knowledge of legislation on occupational safety and fire safety
- experience in working with income and expenditure documents
