Responsibilities

registration of primary medical documentation for the wounded / sick (Form No. 001 "Primary medical card" and other established forms)
entering and updating the patient's medical data in accordance with changes in his/her condition and doctor's records
receipt, verification and support of medical documentation received with the wounded from previous stages of evacuation
fixation of diagnoses, clinical status and medical prescriptions in accordance with the data of medical specialists
ensuring proper registration and transfer of the medical card together with the patient to the next stage of medical evacuation
organization of calls and interaction with evacuation units, including civil emergency medical care
maintaining electronic and paper medical records in accordance with established protocols

confident mastery of office programs (MS Word, Excel and other medical accounting systems)
attentiveness, high responsibility, ability to work with a large amount of documentation
knowledge of the basics of medical document management will be an advantage
communication skills and ability to interact with medical personnel of different levels
readiness to work in conditions of increased load and limited time

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the command
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
