Responsibilities
- timely and high-quality cooking according to the menu-schedule and its uniform delivery to the personnel
- ensuring the proper quality and taste of cooked dishes
- compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements and culinary rules during food processing and cooking
- keeping overalls, workplaces, equipment, inventory and kitchen utensils clean
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- experience as a cook or relevant education will be an advantage
- mastery of cooking technologies in large volumes
- responsibility, organization, accuracy in work
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
- willingness to work in different conditions
