development of a balanced menu taking into account the dietary needs of military personnel, seasonality of products and available resources
cooking in large volumes in accordance with established standards and recipes
accounting for used products and reporting on costs and balances
cooking in different conditions, in particular, in the field kitchen and temporary bases
implementation of auxiliary work on the manufacture of dishes and culinary products
carrying out the processes of primary culinary processing of raw materials
compliance with certain requirements when preparing dishes and culinary products
portioning and distribution of dishes and culinary products for personnel
control of quality and quantity, observance of hygiene standards during storage and preparation of food
compliance with established rules and safety requirements during the performance of duties
keeping overalls and workplace clean and meeting sanitary and hygienic requirements
Observance of Military Discipline

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
ability to cook delicious and complete food
compulsory professional and technical education of a cook or a certificate of a cook
experience in a similar specialty will be an advantage
cleanliness and tidiness
ability to work in a team

contract service (for civilians without combat experience / those who have retired from military service)
possibility of transfer for active military personnel (assistance is provided when moving from your military unit)
cash allowance from UAH 22,000, depending on the conditions of service and the intensity of training tasks
possibility of service for servicemen with combat experience who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
