Responsibilities
- cooking according to technological maps of dishes and food quality requirements
- compliance with hygiene standards and safety rules during the processing of products
- ensuring proper storage conditions for products and monitoring their freshness and quality
- delivery and distribution of dishes for personnel
- interaction with the command for timely receipt of products and other support
Requirements
- knowledge of cooking technology and hygiene rules
- specialized education
- availability of a medical book
- fitness for military service for health reasons
- experience in catering establishments will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
