Responsibilities

cooking according to technological maps of dishes and food quality requirements
carrying out the processes of primary culinary processing of raw materials
compliance with cooking standards, hygiene rules and labor protection standards
storage of products and control over their freshness and quality
compliance with the principles of operation of technological equipment
implementation of auxiliary work on the manufacture of dishes and culinary products
participation in the daily preparation of meals for units
observance of executive discipline

experience in military service will be an advantage
fitness for military service for health reasons
knowledge of cooking technology and hygiene rules
ability to cook delicious food
responsible attitude to the results of work
knowledge of the rules and terms of storage of raw materials and semi-finished products
knowledge of the basics of general cooking

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
