Responsibilities
- cooking according to technological maps of dishes and food quality requirements
- carrying out the processes of primary culinary processing of raw materials
- storage of products and control over their freshness and quality
- ensuring proper storage conditions for products
- compliance with hygiene standards and safety rules during the processing of products
- implementation of auxiliary work on the manufacture of dishes and culinary products
Requirements
- availability of a medical book
- ability to cook delicious food
- knowledge of the rules and terms of storage of raw materials and semi-finished products
- knowledge of the basics of general cooking
