Responsibilities

preparation of hot and cold dishes for personnel
compliance with hygiene standards and safety rules during the processing of products
work with products according to the approved menu and layout
maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and in warehouses
storage of products and control over their freshness and quality
rational use of products
preparation of delicious and complete food

experience as a cook is desirable
knowledge of cooking technology and hygiene rules
ability to cook delicious food
responsibility and discipline
knowledge of the rules and terms of storage of raw materials and semi-finished products
age from 18 years
knowledge of the basics of general cooking
readiness to perform military service
lack of medical contraindications to the performance of duties

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from 20 100 to 50 000 UAH
provision of property, food and accommodation (if necessary)
