Responsibilities
- cooking according to technological maps of dishes and food quality requirements
- compliance with hygiene standards and safety rules during the processing of products
- participation in the daily preparation of meals for units
- compliance with the principles of operation of technological equipment
- ensuring proper storage conditions for products
Requirements
- experience as a cook will be an advantage
- professional education in the specialty "Cook" - preferably
- knowledge of the basics of cooking technology
- knowledge of sanitary and hygienic standards
- responsibility and cleanliness
- organization and attention to detail
- good physical endurance
- readiness to work in conditions of increased load
- readiness for service under the Basic Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
