Responsibilities

organization and conducting trainings on tactical medicine in accordance with current guidelines and experience in providing assistance to the wounded in combat conditions
assessment and control of skills and abilities of training participants
collection and processing of information on the success of training in tactical medicine
control and streamlining the training material base
participation in the development and improvement of the educational and methodological base
periodic participation in providing assistance to the wounded at various stages within the framework of the responsibility of the medical battalion
performing additional tasks related to the training of military personnel

the Instructor Skills
knowledge of TCCC protocols and their teaching methods
organizational and methodological skills will be an advantage
Knowledge of the International Combat Medical Training Program (TCCC)
knowledge of English will be an advantage
ability to work in a team and effectively teach the material
experience in tactical medicine training will be an advantage
the presence of CLS, CMC, CPP provider skills will be an advantage
NAEMT certification will be an advantage
availability of a certificate of training in tactical medicine or medical education
desire to develop professionally
readiness to work in the combat zone
discipline, absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the command
