55th Separate Artillery Brigade "Zaporizhzhya Sich"

The 55th Separate Artillery Brigade "Zaporizhzhya Sich" is a military unit of missile troops and artillery of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stationed in the city of Zaporizhzhia. With the beginning of the large-scale invasion, the brigade's units held back the offensive of Russian troops in the Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions, and were among those who defended Mariupol. The artillerymen of the "Zaporizhzhya Sich" brigade took part in the liberation of the temporarily occupied territory of Snake Island and the right bank of the Kherson region.
