Responsibilities

monitoring of the psychological state of servicemen and identification of persons in crisis psycho-emotional states
providing primary and professional psychological assistance, including cases of combat stress or trauma
conducting psycho-educative and training sessions
psychological support of personnel and their families
assistance to unit commanders in resolving conflicts and disputes in the team
measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of military personnel
assessment of changes in the psychological readiness of personnel and development of recommendations for improving the psychological climate
analysis of the psychological state and reporting on the work done

age from 18 years
profile education of bachelor's level or higher
officer rank: junior lieutenant or higher
absence of convictions
fitness for service due to health and moral qualities
motivation to serve the Ukrainian people and protect the sovereignty of the state
good physical fitness will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a period of 3 years
service in the combat zone
