Responsibilities

providing qualified emergency medical care to the wounded at the stabilization point
diagnostics, primary surgical treatment (PCO) of gunshot and shrapnel wounds, stopping massive bleeding
carrying out transport immobilization for fractures, dislocations and mine-explosive injuries
stabilization of patients with polytrauma and preparation for further evacuation to hospitals
organization and control of triage during the mass arrival of the wounded
maintaining medical records in accordance with established standards

higher medical education, availability of a specialist certificate in the field of Orthopedics and Traumatology
work experience in the specialty from 1 year (we also consider internship graduates with a high level of motivation)
possession of skills in working with firearms and mine-explosive injuries (or willingness to learn quickly)
knowledge and compliance with trauma care protocols (ATLS, etc.)
high stress resistance, ability to quickly make decisions in extreme conditions
discipline, ability to work effectively in a team
no contraindications to military service for health reasons

official mobilization or contract service before demobilization is announced
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
cash allowance according to completed combat missions (up to UAH 55,000)
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
