Responsibilities

carrying out daily medical reception of military personnel who seek help
initial examination, anamnesis, making a preliminary diagnosis and making a decision on referral for outpatient treatment, hospitalization
conducting daily rounds, assessing the dynamics of patients hospitalized in the medical department of the medical company
prescription and control of drug treatment of acute conditions and exacerbations of chronic somatic
participation in scheduled daily shifts at the medical company
emergency care in case of sudden deterioration of patients' condition
involvement in the work of the stabilization point (medical triage, emergency therapy, assistance in stabilizing patients)
high-quality maintenance of medical records of outpatient and inpatient patients (case histories), registration of prescription sheets, discharge epicrisis, certificates and referrals for VLC, etc.
preparation of documents and support of the treatment process for patients who need specialized or high-tech treatment in high-level military hospitals

higher medical education (Master/Specialist)
availability of a valid certificate of a specialist doctor in the specialty: "Therapy" or "General practice - family medicine", etc.
confident possession of skills in emergency medical care (BLS, ALS protocols)
ability to interpret the results of ECG, laboratory and instrumental studies in conditions of limited resources
understanding of the basic principles of tactical medicine (TCCC/MARCH) will be an advantage
high level of digital literacy, ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
high responsibility for the patient's health, discipline, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team and in conditions of increased stress
availability of an officer rank or readiness to undergo training under a simplified program to obtain the rank of junior lieutenant of the medical service

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from 30 000 to 130 000 UAH depending on the task

annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
