Responsibilities

operational provision of pre-medical care in combat conditions (according to TCCC protocols) and stabilization of the wounded
evacuation of the wounded from the red and yellow zones
control of availability, replenishment and accounting of medicines and medical supplies
training the personnel of the unit in the basics of self- and mutual assistance

medical education (desirable, but considered candidates with excellent training according to TCCC standards)
experience as a combat medic or in emergency medicine will be a great advantage (motivated candidates with a desire to study will also be considered)
high stress resistance, speed of decision-making in critical situations, responsibility
readiness to work directly in the task area

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the necessary training and coordination
provision of all necessary property and medical equipment
stable financial support in accordance with the norms of the legislation (including additional combat payments)
professional and reliable team, where everyone covers each other's back
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
