Responsibilities
- coordination of the work of medical staff of the unit
- providing emergency assistance to the wounded in combat conditions
- organization of evacuation and transportation of the wounded
- monitoring the condition of first-aid kits, medical supplies and equipment
- conducting classes on basic medical training among personnel
- maintenance of documentation
Requirements
- knowledge of tactical medicine of the SMS level (combat medic/corpsman)
- medical education (paramedic, paramedic, doctor or appropriate training)
- VOS combat medic will be an advantage
- experience as a combat medic will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
- guaranteed annual paid basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
- social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
- qualified support at all stages of mobilization or transfer before taking office
