Responsibilities

constant monitoring of the health and physical development of the company’s servicemen
provision of pre-medical assistance to servicemen in case of their injury (injury, poisoning) during classes, repair and economic works
regular medical examinations of the company's personnel
escorting company personnel who are sent to the medical center for a medical examination
obtaining medical property and issuing individual means of providing pre-medical care and prevention to the personnel of the company
training of the personnel of the company of methods of providing first aid in the order of self- and mutual assistance
keeping records of patients and their support to medical institutions

medical education (secondary special, professional, incomplete higher, higher)
possession of methods of emergency medical care and stabilization of the patient's condition, carried out urgently in case of acute illness (wound, trauma, poisoning)
awareness in the field of electronic document management
willingness to work in difficult conditions
high motivation and stress resistance
good physical fitness and moral stability
suitability for military service
availability of skills and practical skills in the specialty
readiness to perform military service duties

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
the possibility of transferring active servicemen from other military units and subunits with the consent of the immediate commander
service in the combat zone
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
