Responsibilities

providing first aid on the battlefield and evacuating wounded soldiers
distribution of wounded soldiers according to the severity of wounds
training of the military to provide self- and mutual assistance
keeping records of the wounded
performing combat missions as part of a unit in a combat zone and on rotation
compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline

Requirements

age from 25 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral qualities
availability of medical education
possession of skills of tactical medicine, courses of tactical medicine will be an advantage
willingness to constantly learn and improve skills
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
responsibility, and leadership qualities
experience in military service will be an advantage

What We Offer

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
service in the city of Kryvyi Rih and in the combat zone
opportunity for career growth and participation in relevant military exercises
material and property support, in particular, provision of personal protective equipment, accommodation, food and medical care for the duration of service
official annual leave and family leave
assistance in obtaining the status of a combatant in case of participation in hostilities and other social guarantees in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
