Responsibilities

organization and control of junior medical staff
planning of shifts, distribution of tasks and control of their implementation
control of the provision of the department with medicines, medical devices and consumables
maintenance of accounting documentation, reporting
monitoring compliance with the sanitary-epidemic regime and infection control rules
participation in providing medical care

specialized medical education
experience as a nurse; managerial experience will be an advantage
knowledge of the organization of nursing, medical accounting and document management
organization, responsibility, communication skills and leadership skills
attentiveness, responsibility, ability to work in conditions of high loads

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 100,000, depending on the tasks set
provision of food, uniforms, protective equipment
annual financial assistance for recovery
free accommodation during the service
