Responsibilities

establishing and maintaining constant interaction with state authorities, local self-government and law enforcement agencies in the area of task execution
communication with the local civilian population, study of the humanitarian situation and assistance in resolving crisis or conflict issues between the military and civilians
organization and support of cooperation with local and international public organizations, charitable foundations, volunteers, as well as business representatives
establishing communication with civilian health facilities and other critical infrastructure facilities to coordinate joint actions
support and coordination of the process of providing humanitarian aid to the local population in the area of responsibility of the unit
establishing communication and communication with family members of servicemen (failed, missing, captured and wounded), providing them with up-to-date information within their authority
assistance in resolving issues of social protection of military personnel and restoration of their social and family ties

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
full food, clothing, medical support, provision of personal protective equipment
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
service in the zone of active hostilities
a full package of social benefits, health benefits and other types of financial support
