Responsibilities
- development of media recognition of the unit
- SMM analytics, tracking results and adapting the strategy to improve efficiency
- generating ideas for content and video scripts
- creation of a content plan
- work with the audience: responding to comments, increasing audience engagement
Requirements
- experience in SMM field
- understanding of social media trends
- copywriting skills (writing texts)
- literate Ukrainian language
- ability to work with photo and video editors (Canva/ Photoshop/ CapCut/ Premiere Pro)
- understanding the features of different social networks and the ability to adapt content to their requirements
- efficiency in performing tasks and communication
- readiness to work in conditions of military discipline
