Responsibilities

planning and conducting theoretical and practical classes on pre-medical care
training of servicemen of basic skills in assessing the condition of the victim and providing assistance within the framework of approved training programs
demonstration of the correct use of individual first-aid kits, dressings and other medical equipment
preparation of educational materials, equipment and tools for practical classes
assessment of the assimilation of educational material and providing recommendations for improving skills
interaction with medical personnel and unit commanders regarding the organization of training
updating professional knowledge and teaching methods in accordance with professional training
performance of other tasks within the official duties

medical education or specialized training in pre-medical care will be an advantage
experience in training, instructor work or work in the medical field will be an advantage
practical skills in providing first aid
the ability to clearly explain the material and demonstrate practical skills
communication skills, organization and responsibility
ability to work with groups and evaluate learning outcomes
willingness to constantly improve professional and pedagogical skills
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
providing the necessary educational medical equipment, materials and personal protective equipment
possibility of passing specialized military, medical and instructor training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
payment of annual assistance for health improvement in the amount of monthly financial support
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract from 27 000 to 33 000 UAH to the conditions
social protection and benefits in accordance with the legislation
opportunity for training, advanced training and professional development
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to UAH 70,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of certain tasks)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
