Responsibilities

first aid in cases of injury or illness
outpatient reception of personnel: medical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of patients
work as part of teams at the stabilization point
advisory assistance to personnel
medical document management
sanitary and educational work among military personnel, control of the sanitary and epidemiological state of the unit, prevention of infectious outbreaks (intestinal infections, pediculosis, scabies), control over the quality of drinking water and food
participation in medical training, military medical training

Requirements

complete higher medical education (diploma in "General Medicine" or "Pediatrics")
availability of a certificate of a specialist in the specialty "Orthopedics and Traumatology"
preferably 2-3 years of experience in the specialty, previous service with the performance of the duties of a traumatologist
work experience in a hospital or in an office will be an advantage
triage: ability to quickly prioritize assistance and evacuation while receiving a large number of wounded
possession of DCO skills: understanding and application of stage treatment - rapid fixation of fractures with minimally traumatic methods (external fixation) to stabilize the patient before evacuation
possession of the skills of DCS, amputations for life indications, fasciotomies, primary treatment of wounds of bones and joints in explosive injuries, gunshot fractures, limb detachments
stabilization and immobilization: application of external fixation devices (AZF), rod and spoke systems in the field, possession of transport immobilization techniques (Kramer tires, SAM-splint, pelvic girdles for pelvic fractures)
possession of knowledge and strict implementation of the MARCH algorithm, certificates of ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), DSTC (Definitive Surgical Trauma Care) or military medical courses of traumatologists will be a significant advantage
possession of skills of intraosseous and central venous access, massive infusion therapy and blood transfusion (blood transfusion) at the pre-hospital stage
primary surgical treatment of wounds (PWO), removal of superficial neoplasms, opening of abscesses, suturing and removal
preparation of the wounded for evacuation
knowledge of protocols and experience in providing emergency medical care in acute conditions (strokes, convulsive syndromes, cerebral edema)
experience with ultrasound is desirable
PC ownership at a basic level
