Responsibilities
- ensuring the constant readiness of the department to provide emergency medical care to patients and victims in the conditions of the stabilization point
- maintaining internal order and discipline in the department
- analysis of the state and efficiency of the department, making proposals for its improvement
- continuous improvement of their knowledge in the specialty
Requirements
- higher medical education in surgery, therapy or psychiatry
- knowledge and skills within their competence
- ability to work in a team
- combat experience will be a great advantage
