Responsibilities

outpatient reception of personnel, examination of patients, diagnosis and treatment
during hostilities, medical triage of the wounded at stabilization points to determine the order of assistance and evacuation
ensuring the readiness of the unit to provide emergency medical care in case of injuries, injuries or acute conditions
maintenance of medical records, registration of referrals for hospitalization or VLC, keeping records of patients
providing recommendations on maintaining the health of personnel and preventing diseases in the field
independent carrying out of medical manipulations, dressings and control over the work of junior medical personnel (feldshers, nurses)

higher medical education: Master's degree (or specialist) in Medicine or Pediatrics
completed internship training in the relevant specialty (therapy, surgery, anesthesiology, etc.)
availability of a valid certificate confirming the right to practice medicine
high stress resistance and physical endurance
readiness to work in the field (blending, mobile hospitals)
lack of convictions and problems with the law
knowledge of the protocols TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) or PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support) will be an advantage
ability to make decisions quickly in conditions of limited time and resources (especially for work at the control points)
experience in civilian hospitals (urgent surgery, intensive care) will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000 + additional payments for performing tasks in the combat zone up to UAH 100,000
