observance of the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine and the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
maintenance of assigned weapons, means of communication and equipment in good condition
execution of orders of commanders and observance of military discipline

readiness to work in the security and defense unit
observance of military discipline and execution of orders of commanders
basic skills in handling small arms or readiness for training
experience in military service will be an advantage
responsibility, attentiveness, discipline and stress resistance
physical endurance and ability to perform official tasks in different conditions
the ability to make quick decisions within their powers
fitness for military service for health reasons

the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the command
