Staff Planning Group Officer

Responsibilities

collection and systematization of information from battalion units (departures, results, needs, readiness)
maintenance of planning worksheets: forces/means, duty schedules, reserves, provision
preparation of draft plans/orders, certificates and materials for reporting to the command
applying/updating the situation on the map (routes, areas of work, starting/duty points)
coordination with departments of task details: time, district, priorities, control of task receipt
preparation of short summaries for the day / shift: what has been done, what problems are needed for tomorrow

higher education (military education / analytics / IT / geographic information systems will be an advantage)
confident PC user: Excel/tables, working with documents (knowledge of GIS/maps is desirable)
ability to quickly collect data, structure information, draw conclusions
knowledge of the order of interaction and workflow in the headquarters
attentiveness, discipline, willingness to work at a high pace

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
