- experience in the infantry fighting vehicle BMP-2
- deep knowledge of the structure, principles of operation and tactics of the BMP-2
- skills of accurate shooting from the main armament and anti-aircraft mount
- excellent physical shape for performing combat missions in difficult conditions
- psychological resilience to make the right decisions in extreme situations
- readiness to perform combat missions at any time of the day and in any weather conditions
