Responsibilities
- management of a tank crew (organization of crew work, coordination of actions during combat operations)
- control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
- Coordination of operations with the platoon commander
- organization of maintenance and repair of equipment
- Observance of Military Discipline
- training subordinates tactical use of the tank in combat conditions
Requirements
- knowledge of tactics, capabilities and methods of using the tank in various types of combat
- knowledge of the basics of maintenance of armored vehicles
- the ability to manage people and the courage to take responsibility
- leadership skills and discipline
- Ability to make decisions in a limited time
- fitness for service for health and moral qualities
- physical endurance and readiness for active physical actions
