organization of work of the medical center, management of subordinate medical personnel
providing qualified medical care to military personnel (sick and wounded)
organization and direct participation in medical evacuation to medical institutions and between stages of evacuation
keeping records of medical records for sick and wounded servicemen
implementation of strict accounting, control and write-off of the property of the medical center (medicines, medical instruments, etc.)
implementation and control over the implementation of sanitary-hygienic and anti-epidemic measures to prevent diseases in the unit

higher medical education
the presence of an officer rank or a sergeant rank with experience of a combat medic of a platoon/company
readiness to perform tasks and organize the work of a medical center in the area of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and high moral and psychological qualities
developed organizational and leadership skills
high level of responsibility, stress resistance and willingness to constantly learn and develop
