Responsibilities
- organization and control of the surgical department
- planning the work of medical staff, distribution of functional responsibilities and quality control of care
- providing qualified surgical care to patients
- participation in surgical interventions, consultations and determination of treatment tactics
- coordination of interaction with the operating unit, anesthesiology service and other units
- maintaining medical, accounting and reporting documentation
- control of provision of the department with equipment, medicines and consumables
Requirements
- higher medical education
- specialization "Surgery", documents confirming the right to medical practice
- experience as a surgeon (managerial experience will be an advantage)
- possession of modern approaches to surgical and emergency medical care
- leadership qualities, clinical thinking, stress resistance and responsibility
- readiness to work in conditions of increased loads
