Responsibilities

organization and direct management of the personnel of the evacuation department (doctors, paramedics, orderlies, drivers)
development of routes and coordination of medical evacuation of the wounded and sick from advanced positions (transmission points) to stabilization points or hospitals
checking the technical condition, equipment and evacuation capacity of evacuation vehicles (medevaks), availability of necessary medicines and medical equipment
determining the priorities and order of evacuation of patients in accordance with the severity of their condition and medical indications
constant communication with the brigade command, medical services of adjacent battalions, stabilization points and rear medical institutions
maintaining established medical reports, accounting for the wounded and the movement of evacuation transport

the rank of officer
experience in the specialty (priority is given to emergency doctors, anesthesiologists, surgeons, traumatologists), as well as basic human management skills
suitability for military service according to the results of VLC, high stress resistance, ability to quickly make decisions in critical situations under the influence of stress
Understanding the principles of TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) protocols and medical evacuation algorithms

official mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
work directly in the combat zone or front-line areas as part of a medical company, performing tasks in difficult weather and tactical conditions
