Responsibilities

receipt, accounting, acquisition and issuance of medical property in accordance with the needs of units
planning, control of storage and inventory management of medical property
control of availability, movement and residues of medical property
regular monitoring of the shelf life of drugs, timely write-off or rotation of drugs and medical devices, the expiration date of which is coming to an end
ensuring proper storage conditions for medicines (observance of temperature, humidity, protection from light) in accordance with the instructions
maintenance of supporting documentation: acts of acceptance and transfer, consignment notes, accounting logs, etc.

secondary specialized or higher medical or pharmaceutical education
experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical institution or in positions related to the accounting of material values will be an advantage
knowledge of the principles of accounting, storage and management of inventory
ability to work with documentation and reporting
high level of digital literacy, ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
analytical approach, attention to detail, high level of responsibility

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
