Responsibilities

providing the highest quality and safe communication and Internet access to personnel at locations
planning, development and construction of local networks of locations
search for optimal communication channels, hardware and software, architectural solutions for the functioning of the network infrastructure of locations
configuration and maintenance of network equipment, firewalls and network services of locations
monitoring the operation of networks, responding to cyber incidents, interacting with the cybersecurity team
connection and user support
implementation of information security policies, rules and requirements within the responsibility of the unit
keeping up to date technical documentation, instructions, user manuals and other documentation related to the activities of the department

knowledge of networking, VPN (wireguard, openvpn, IPSEC), firewall, proxy, DNS, experience with Mikrotik / Cisco will be an advantage
understanding of TLS/SSL, openpgp, openssl, basic understanding of cybersecurity
Basic understanding of hardware
confident possession of linux-based systems, bash scripting, SSH, KVM/QEMU, RAID, LVM, ZFS, NAS
Confident knowledge of docker/kubernetes
Experience with VCS (Git)
Python will be an advantage
