Responsibilities

operation of the tank on the battlefield and in the zone of active hostilities
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
Collaborate with other crew and team members to achieve common goals and objectives
compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline
orientation on the ground
timely maintenance of personal weapons
Safety of the crew
performing maneuvers in combat conditions in accordance with the orders of the tank commander

readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
age from 18 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
Ability to work in a team
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions
good physical preparation
Motivation to destroy the enemy

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the status of a participant in hostilities
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
annual financial assistance for recovery
provision of all necessary means and equipment
vacation 30 calendar days during a calendar year with the possibility of rest abroad
