Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
operation of infantry fighting vehicle on the battlefield and in the zone of active hostilities
implementation of maintenance and repair of BMP
ensuring the safety of the crew and troops during movement and in the zone of active hostilities
compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline
timely maintenance of personal weapons

readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
high level of motivation and stress resistance
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions
Ability to work in a team

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 21,000 to UAH121,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
