Responsibilities

providing primary medical care to military personnel
outpatient appointments, diagnosis and treatment of typical somatic diseases (ARVI, pneumonia, pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, etc.)
diagnosis and treatment of acute diseases and chronic conditions in the period of exacerbation
medical examinations, assessment of the health status of personnel
prescribing treatment, monitoring the effectiveness of therapy
maintenance of medical documentation, registration of incapacity letters, certificates, referrals, medical records
sanitary and educational work among military personnel, control of the sanitary and epidemiological state of the unit, prevention of infectious outbreaks (intestinal infections, pediculosis, scabies), control over the quality of drinking water and food.
participation in medical training, military medical training

complete higher medical education (diploma in "General Medicine" or "Pediatrics")
availability of a certificate of a specialist doctor in the specialty "General practice - family medicine", "Therapy" or "Internal diseases"
experience in the specialty, in emergency medicine is desirable (but graduates of internship with a high level of training are also considered)
fitness for military service for health reasons (according to the conclusion of the VLC)
readiness to work in the field, resistance to psycho-emotional and physical stress
readiness to perform duties in the combat zone
knowledge of protocols and the ability to apply them, the ability to conduct outpatient appointments and provide emergency medical care in acute conditions (strokes, convulsive syndromes, cerebral edema)
possession of the MARCH algorithm for emergency care, the ability to stop massive bleeding, ensure airway patency and stabilize the patient, preferably experience or theoretical knowledge in the treatment of mine-explosive injuries, closed craniocerebral injuries (TBI) and contusions (acubarotrauma)
understanding of the principles of psychosomatics and manifestations of acute stress, PTSD. PC skills at a basic level

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract, both three-year and new motivational for two years
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
