Responsibilities
- preparation of the machine gun for combat, loading and care of weapons
- setting fire and suppressing fire on the enemy
- providing cover for the unit during the offensive or defense
- selection and occupation of a firing position taking into account the tactical situation
- machine gun maintenance and basic repairs if necessary
- performing surveillance, reconnaissance and target detection in different terrain conditions
- collecting and transmitting information about the location and movement of enemy manpower and equipment
- compliance with safety when working with weapons and ammunition
Requirements
- physical endurance and readiness for high physical exertion
- ability to work in a team, discipline, responsibility
- resistance to stress and the ability to react quickly in combat conditions
- discipline and ability to strictly follow orders
- desire to learn and develop
- good physical and psychological condition
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
- lack of dependence on alcohol and narcotic substances
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
