Responsibilities
- Coordination of operations with the platoon commander
- control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
- command of a tank crew to perform combat missions
- performing tasks as part of a tank unit
- training on combat training of the crew
- analysis of combat operations to improve the efficiency of the crew
- personal surveillance of the enemy and the signals of the commander
- orientation on the ground, control over the availability of ammunition and fuel
Requirements
- the ability to manage people and the courage to take responsibility
- absence of alcohol and drug addiction
- knowledge of the basics of maintenance of armored vehicles
- Ability to make decisions in a limited time
- fitness for service for health and moral qualities
