Tank Commander

Responsibilities

control of the technical condition of the tank (checking the engine, chassis, weapons, navigation systems)
Coordination of operations with the platoon commander
Observance of Military Discipline
analysis of combat operations to improve the efficiency of the crew
command of a tank crew to perform combat missions
orientation on the ground, control over the availability of ammunition and fuel
performing tasks as part of a tank unit
personal surveillance of the enemy and the signals of the commander

experience in tank units will be an advantage
knowledge of tactics, capabilities and methods of using the tank in various types of combat
fitness for service for health and moral qualities
physical endurance and readiness for active physical actions
readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
Ability to make decisions in a limited time
leadership skills, responsibility, discipline
higher or secondary military education
experience in working with armored vehicles and weapons — preferably
sergeant rank or readiness for appointment to a sergeant position

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
stable financial support from UAH 51,000 to 125,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
provision of all necessary means and equipment
annual financial assistance for recovery
opportunity for career growth
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
the status of a participant in hostilities
